Okay, cool, seems to have worked. Also, forgive the mess. We moved recently, and I've been given that particular area. I am much less tidy than my wife, and it's a slow process organizing it......

Just realized I haven't posted my updated pedalboard.



The pedal selection hasn't changed that drastically. The Walrus Slo and the TC Mini Flashback II have been swapped out for the Mooer LoFi Machine and a Mooer D7 Delay. Seriously, I haven't found a Mooer pedal that I didn't like. The D7 is funny; it a 6 mode delay + looper, with most of the different modes being really weird modulated delays. On almost every mode, I have the time set to zero so I just have the weird modulation.

The big change is that I managed to cram everything into a flight case. Between the patch bay I added last update, and 90* cable adapters, I can run everything without having to remove the board from the case. And when I want to take it somewhere, I can just unplug everything, throw the cables on top, close the lid and go.

Just started learning to play bass. My dads played guitar for 40 or so years and so do both my brothers. I had a guitar and amp when I was around 5 or 6 and played around but I never really got into it. Now at 33 I decided to give it a try. Borrowed this '83ish peavey amp from my dad and his washburn bass and started plucking away.

After a couple weeks of that I decided to jump in with both feet and bought a Peavey Fury VI off goodwill.

Decided to dramatically simplify my rig. No more pedalboard, no giant tube amp that's way too loud, just the PRS and a Positive Grid Spark. I have a bluetooth footswitch for the Spark in the mail, which will let me toggle on or off overdrives, modulation, delays, etc.

I’ll play. Wife and I are both musicians so we basically have a small music store between us. My main axe and drag around gigging rig. Plus my recording rig. Garage after loading back in one night.

Right about the time I picked up the Positive Grid Spark I posted near the end of 2021, I was getting engaged and wanted to downsize (hence the spark). While taking pictures of the Egnater Renegade I had in my first post in this thread, I powered it on and it died. One of the transformers died. Pretty common for egnater amps from that period. I meant to get it fixed and sell it, but it ended up just sitting in my closet for the last 2 years. Well, my now wife and I are moving to Arizona for school, and I really didn’t want to lug it down there. So I posted it for sale as-is on Facebook marketplace. Within 6 hours, I was messaged by a guy who asked if I would be interested in trades, and offered a Sterling Mariposa guitar. Not my first choice, but it was worth about double what I was asking for the amp, so I thought it was a no brainer. Drove about 40 minutes, met the guy, and to my astonishment actually made the deal. Got it home, tuned it up, and man it’s killer!! My wife has wanted to start playing (almost got her a guitar last year), and she really likes it. So while I was originally planning on selling it, it’s here to stay.

Will you keep it with only one pickup or you will wire another the neck one?
And do you know which brand it the rail humbucker?

yeah, it’s a Fishman Fluence modern open core. I will be replacing it with some passive alnico pickups, with chrome covers like the stock pickups.

I do need to replace the saddles, one of them is mismatched. I didn’t think of brass, but I agree they would look really good.

Deffinatly subscribing to this, ill post up my bass's when I get better pics, can't really play but they are fun when iv had 1 to many IPA's, been plucking around for like 2 years, I really want to get a guitar at some point seeing as I know a little on bass now

Here's my Jackson js2 and schecter Damien research diamond series 5 string that I got a steal on, also found out that these are kinda rare and may not even be made anymore, its a Halloween edition or something like that, I have an old 100 watt peavey Amp from the 80's or 90's not shown that I use as well, no pedals yet asi can't really play anyway

Having recently moved to Arizona, I decided to check out the local guitar stores today, just for fun. There's a nearby Sam Ash, but they're going out of business and have been picked rather clean. So I went a little further down the road to a more local store. Found this guy on the wall and really fell in love with it. Went home without it, and my wife told me to buy it. So I did.



This is a 90s Hohner Revelation RTS, made in the Czech Republic. Three rail single coils, Wilkinson bridge, really thin shreddy neck. Most expensive guitar I've ever bought but goshdang it plays and sounds so good.
