Anyone else process their own BW film?

Been developing and scanning my own film for a little bit now and it’s a really rewarding experience. It’s been fun to be more involved in my photo making process. Both of these images were shot on a Rolleicord V tri-x developed in d-76 1:1. Scanned on a Canon 6D II with a Nikon 55mm macro. If you’re on the fence about trying this out I’d say go for it!Click image for larger version

I did this a lot back in high school. I know what you mean about being in on the process. You have so much control over what the image is during this stage.

Yeah I like that I can pull or push my own film as well it gives me way more room to work with

Very cool! I've been doing this for years now. It's always interesting to see how they come out and very rewarding when it is a great photo.

I shoot digitally mostly now but in college I worked everything on film, eventually moved to shooting on medium format. The process is fun and has a nice tinkering aspect to it.

I was looking into grabbing a set-up to develop some film because I have a handful of rolls that I shot on my Rt. 66 trip that have just been sitting on my desk for years now.
