when i i view a photo on window photo on window 10 make them darker. when i first see photo in window photo show true photo. but after get all info from raw file it makes them darker then when first preview is before get all info. if use lightroom show true color of raw file. just windows 10 wants to make all photo's in window photo darker for raw files. if just use jpg photo not raw file it show true colors but if raw file makes darker then should be.
