Anyone else like to mess with KSP now and again. I've been messing with some Phantoms for a week and this leaked out of my head late-night.

Hah, love it. Does it fly or just for looks?

I played obsessively back in the early alpha days.

Haven't touched it in years.

Kinda want a game which is like a cross between KSP and Children of a Dead Earth and Homeworld - because realistic space combat is a trip, but CoaDE is just too much, and some Homeworld for the atmosphere and the art direction.

I used to play this a lot. My favorite thing was to log in and check on Jebediah Kerbal's fly-by orbit of the sun. He was so happy floating out there - his craft long destroyed. It made me sad when I logged in and he was no longer there.

Mostly just for looks, I towed it up by the Mun for the glamour shot using parts from an Ion Hyperdrive mod attached to the bottom of the Phantom CO2 quick change. Ejected before screen grab.
