It took me under 50 hours to finish the main storyline of Hogwarts Legacy and I was doing a lot of exploring, wandering and side quests. I still have side quests and other things to finish up before the game is 100% complete. I'll probably finish this character off then start another character and play it differently.

With the Resident Evil 4 remake on the horizon I endugled this past weekend to playing and beating the campaign one last time before I inevitably never play the original due to how nice and new the remake will be

My older boy got Pokemon Scarlet for his birthday. I was against playing it or even buying it (you don't reward bad development/programming, which there's plenty of evidence of), but he wanted it & got it... And I gave it a go. I am 7 or 8 hours in & I feel I've played enough to comfortably say that this isn't well optimized, programmed or designed. The performance is outright poor & it's art design pales in comparison to Pokemon Legends Arceus, which has it's own issues to begin with. And the menuing! Why does every single button HAVE to do something? I'm doing the whole hunt-and-peck routine just to open the damn Pokedex. Any "shortcuts" they implemented are in non-intuitive locations. RBY had it right from the get-go over 25 years ago- just hit the start button! If the menuing wasn't so messy & non-intuitive I might even be able to overlook some of the performance issues. And that's not even getting into menu loading times & their visual discrepancies.
I want to experience it. I want to see the new locales & different challenges. But I'm done with the game until they can fix the massive performance issues, which I doubt will happen in this Pokemon release cycle.

I’ve been on an NES kick lately. Played Wrath Of The Black Manta, Guardian Legend & Kid Niki Radical Ninja the last 2 or 3 weeks. I just bought Little Nemo The Dream Master today. I don’t recall ever playing this one as a kid but it’s a Capcom game & they rarely made a stinker back then so I’m looking forward to playing it.

Finished Cyberpunk 2077 (great game after the patches) and Psychonauts 2 (fun platformer).
Started playing Legend of Dragoon (old PS1 game I never finished) that was on PS store.
Have been playing Hunt: Showdown for multiplayer with friends.
For anyone who enjoys woodsball or pump play, this game has that feel and pace. Turn of the 20th century firearms with old sights and slow fire rates. Essentially cowboy demon hunters in the swamps of Louisiana and Deserts of the Southwest. Teams of 1-3 search an area for a big demon to kill/banish while other teams of players hunt as well. Never more than 12 players in a game.
Your hunter earns levels, but has permadeath. Your account level determines your available gear selection for the hunters. Prestige once you hit 100 to get a legendary cosmetic skin and start over from the bottom. Steep learning curve, but very fun to play. Complete opposite experience of the CoD multiplayer games. lol
