Started playing Killing Time Resurrected last night. I think it’s mostly based off the PC port & not the 3DO version which I’m much more familiar with so it feels almost like a new game. I still love the FMV apparitions. It doesn’t get more 90’s gaming than that.

Been playing the original God Of War via the PS3 collection. I’ve played a few of the GOW titles here & there but never actually finished one. I’m a little over 7 hours in & aside from the combat getting a little repetitive i really like it. I’ll probably jump right into 2 when I’m done with 1.

Have fun on the spinning spike tower, you should be very close to that. I replayed them (including the 2 psp titles) when they were re released on ps3. Such fun games. I have gotten the platinum trophy for every God of War game except Ascension which I don't think I've ever even finished.

Finished it today. The spinning spike towers were a pain but not as bad as i thought. Ares, on the other hand, was a HUGE pain. I normally never play games on anything other than normal but i gave in & changed it to easy. It was a bit disappointing though. I fought him 30 times & never really even came close to beating him. I changed it to easy & beat him the first try - handily, i might add. Easy mode was way too easy. I wanted a challenge, just not one that made me want to snap my controller in half.

sweet. Ive been holding off on Cyberpunk to play it with ray tracing... but you got me wondering if I should just play it. It's been in my backlog for 2 yeas. I'm on a 1080ti strix/5700X3D, and 32 Gigs of ram
What mods are you running?

I'm approaching 600 hours in Cyberpunk, probably my all time favorite game. I first played it on release, on my Surface Book at about 15fps

Finished the story for Suikoden Tierkreis on the DS. Didn't bother trying to get all the characters. I'm not sure what hooked me on this since it's fairly bland and the voices are b-quality if that. The main character talks way too fast. I read that they sped up his files to save file size. If that's the case they should have adjusted some secondary character. I appreciated the auto-battle command you could use to get through mundane fights easier.
I then moved on to Chrono Trigger on the DS. I've never played this one much until now, but it's full of surprises.
I then got sidetracked onto Final Fantasy 8. This was another I never spent more than a couple hours with in the past. At about 10 hours and its been up and down. Started on PS3 but I transferred the save file to a retro handheld (Powkiddy x55) to keep playing it on there. It's much easier to play on and off quickly.
Another side quest! Checked my oldddd PS1 memory cards. Still working along with my 60 hour Final Fantasy 7 save from over 20 years ago, never finished. I'm trying to get my bearings again with understanding what's going on, what I should do before heading to the final dungeon, etc.
