For some reason I'm not usually a fan of turn based games be it RPG or strategy but Covid has given me a new liking for the Civilization games (I own the first 5) as well as games like Baldur's gate. Been thinking it might be fun to have an MCB game of Civ 5 and I so wish that partying in Baldur's Gate was a thing

I'd be all for it, I am a big turned based strategy game fan. I like PC games that I can pick up and play/stop playing on my schedule. I am not a fan of RTS because it is always a "beat the clock" thing vs. true strategy play. I have been playing the Civilization games from the beginning (but have yet to "upgrade" to Civ V).

Back in the day I used to play Civilizations II, now with Steam I spend a fair amount of time playing Civilizations III.
My only gripes are that it seems prone to crashing under certain victory conditions (like winning the space race), and there are only a couple of scenario options.
It’s fun to test out different Civs and see how their different attributes and unique units change the game.
