The game rank system is driving me nuts. I get a decent room and do well then the next game. I’m getting tracked threw walls like there not even there. There’s a ton of hacks in the game and that invincible shield thing is getting old. I’m not going to cheat to play competitively and it seems that’s all there is at the top tear. I stopped playing COD and gave this one another chance because the anti cheat was supposed to be good. But apparently it’s still broken but what do you expect from a company that literally designed there maps based on real places without getting the proper permissions. We get the same old maps redone like shipment and kill house. Like that really took some effort gentleman. The crashing is really grinding my gears to. I have a state of the art gaming PC and it falls on its face with the latest drivers and all the special effects turned down. I get a kill streak going call it in and it crashes like it can’t handle all the crap going on at the same time. Why dose this struggle to hit 120fps when I can run others in 4k at 280fps smoother.Comment

Because at best, it’s still a beta version of the game that was released for the sake of hitting a deadline. This game is garbage. The grinding for the top tier guns is insanely time consuming, but if you don’t get the 74U or Lachlan sub then you’re outclassed by TTK.

Yeah it’s just really disappointing. Because it had the potential to be good. The campaign was really well done so I got to give them that it looked great and was actually pretty difficult to play. I’m curious how they justified the money spent on the game only to jazz up old maps that were in the last one. I get they are trying to keep casual gamers in the game longer by having TTK low and giving camping players every tool they need to lock a corner down. But the way the game is balanced if you play above average legit you get dropped in rooms that are playing by completely different rules. I use to enjoy the after game banter but people are just so toxic now it’s not even fun talking shit anymore.

I've gone back to Cold War for now, I'll give it a bit to sort out and try again later. And funnily enough, I've been getting a lot more US lobbies, and doing pretty good. If you get killed by a Cobra_chicken, so very not sorry.Comment

Oh yeah new toy came in. This replaces WASD keyboards for movement and if fully programmable with 23 other Key binding options. (Azeron Cyborg compact)
Im transitioning from an elite controller to this and hate the position my hand needs to be in to use WASD this feels so much more natural. Just got to get my muscle memory up with a lil practice. The mouse is so much faster and more natural for aiming than the joystick. Can’t wait to get good with this.Comment

I’m playing almost entirely shoot house right now and still mostly hate it. Unfortunately I just don’t have any other good games I want to get into (until Zelda BOTW 2 drops).
still getting dev error crashes, tracked through walls, the invincible shield is STILL a thing (unless I use it), and the weapon system is still garbage. Want a pistol suppressor, well then get a crap marksman rifle to max level of 28 or suck it up.
the worst part is the main person I play with constantly complains about how I have “such an advantage because you have aim assist on console”, but I swear I don’t notice it doing crap at all for me. Maybe once every 100th game I will see it snap one single time.
i will never pre-order another game, ever. Sigh. End of rantComment

The games are based on “Skill” so if you play above average you get put in the mod rooms and they suck. I back out take the loss. Or if my KD gets over 1.5 I play T1 and drop and shoot claymore until I get dropped down out of the mod rooms. Hopefully they will figure out a way to put all of them together so they can cheat each other. I refuse to buy cheats to play the game.
There are some settings you can change that really help. Like lowering the game music and game chat so you can hear foot steps. Also changing the Aim assists to linear and lowering dead zones down to what your controller can handle. Also change response time to instant. This will make the controller much more responsive. May take some time to get use to. If you are playing on a console put your tv in game mode to reduce latency. You can swap your triggers and bumpers so you fire at mouse click speed vs lots of up take on the triggers. These things pick up milliseconds that help you win battles. well if anyone want to play tonight i am free since its D&D night for my call of duty group. my id to find me is in final kill picture. also not show how this happen. but i gave the juggernaut. to my buddy he was doing good then when they started to break the glass on juggernaut. he went and hopped into tank and started taking more people out. then when as about time for tank go up in smoke and die. he got out and scared all operator trying to kill the tank. on that same map. we found 2 juggernaut same map from lot crates none of them where ours. on same day of play it happen twice like that 2 different lot crates drop it. so funny taking ride in armor truck to other side map to drop out as juggernaut and scare them when hoop out armor truck or tank or car.

I play mostly TDM T1 kill confirmed so it makes people move more. Working on gold weapon camos. You still get people that camp just less of it, but I get a ton of points just playing the objective and a death helps keep me out of the moder rooms. I can usually dig most players out that play predictable. KD means nothing to me it’s all about them high IQ moves. I don’t have the patience to just post up and hold corners. Usually get on around 8pm EST and play a few HR. I’m going to be setting up and practicing with my new controller probably won’t be playing Multiplayer for a bit till I get the muscle memory down.Comment

So switching off of black ops for aim assist definitely did the trick there, thank you.
however, when playing last night the new thing happening to us is that proximity chat is randomly turning itself on in Warzone (happened to me and a teammate on Xbox). We are using a discord chat room and it still jumps in, even though settings show the chat to be off, and the discord chat room is set to party only. I’m so confused. It didn’t seem like the other people could hear us speaking, but we could definitely hear them. It was bizarre, and didn’t happen all the time.Comment

I found out today you can change your “game play style” from “competitive” to “casual” it’s supposed to help keep you out of the mod rooms better. Haven’t tried it yet. I hope it’s easier than shooting claymores in T1 to lower my KD out of the Cheater rooms.
Starting to really get the muscle memory movement down with the Azeron Cyborg it’s so much easier to Tac Sprint. My KD is already going up and it’s so much easier and faster to hit my shots with a mouse over the controller. So far it’s my new favorite thing.Comment
