The way I read your post, there is a door on the opposite side of the water from where we came in? If so, then that door.

Gudgeon is on top of one Redbrand
Ivan is jeering at Gudgeon and the Redbrand for tickling each other, maybe about 15 feet away from them
Eric is moving stealthily up toward the door to the Manor, scanning for others, and staying in cover.
Pique was last seen sneaking stealthily toward the Redbrands and the door to the Manor, as backup in case our arrows didn't kill them
The other Redbrand was shot by Ivan and Eric

EDIT: Also, I'm pretty sure this was the map that Nish provided for the manor/ruins (pre MCB hack)

Yes and Pique did stab this guy that is still alive before the tickle fight.
That map is a stand in that I tossed up. It looked like it fit but is not a map that is actually connected to this adventure (WoTC didn't provide a battle map for this are)

To my knowledge, the group is hiding in the treeline to the south of the ruined manor.

We shot one of the guys standing guard, and our new Dwarven Cleric friend tackled the other guy standing guard... pretty sure you (Pique) stabbed the guy that Gudgeon tackled.

They are currently rolling around on the ground off to our left (west), having a tickle fight, or some such nonsense.

So, Ivan and I are in the treeline, Gudgeon and a Redbrand guard are presumed to be out in the open and prone, and that places you (Pique) closest to the manor... probably hiding after stabbing dude in the back, since that's what Rogues do.
