    My bike "Lucie"

So I've been wrenching for a month. Crazy help from Ken at KPCS, and she's almost reassembled.

Backstory: was riding, about 2k miles, when engine seized in freeway. Got over safe, I'm ok. But motor needed full rebuild.

So pics: lots of them. The first image is the color scheme I went with. Lots of part pics, and there will be more pics as I go.

Lucie was named as the odometer was 23,666.6 when I bought her, and first parts order was $66.60.

Anyway, pics. Cause I'm proud as hell.

That’s worth being proud of. I sold my older bike and got a new one so I wouldn’t have to do stuff like that anymore, but I understand the appeal and accomplishment.

Honestly, I expect some work. Was only this excessive because at least one owner thought oil was optional. >.<

Mtaylor: wasn't an option, plus, I hate computer in vehicles I use. Plus, I appreciate having, using, and maintaining vintage things. Old Sheridans being a prime example.

Bow: thank you! You should get yours up and going. I adore riding her. I tried a few newer, and other older bikes. This was the only one that felt "right" where you at? I'd be more than willing to help if you're local ish. I'm in Michigan.
also gotta be ok with a chick helping wrench. >.>

              Also, motor mounted. Pic asap

I have owned quite a few CB's and CBR's. Really reliable machines. Thanks for sharing.

I haven’t been checking MCB as religiously as I did before the ransoming. I’m in Vegas, I could care less who helps me out, I just haven’t had the drive lol.

Things I remember that I need to do on mine are Total re-wire for the Munit Blue I picked up (never finished ripping out the old ones), make sure the Dyna s 2000 is set up correctly, new tires and tubes. I bought new forks but they’re a different size than what I have oops lol.

Ill get to it eventually. I just want to wait until it’s a bit cooler locally, or at least that my excuse this time around. It’s like 109 everyday down here and even warmer in the garage.
