Spraying the inside of a tube

I am trying to find a way to spray the inside of a 2 inch diameter tube 2-3 feet long. I need a finished coating .5- 1 mil thick, I use an airbrush on the exterior surfaces. I was hoping someone in the hivemind of MCB knows of an attachment I can put on my airbrush or something similar to extend inside the tube and spray in a radial pattern with a distance of less that 1 inch from the nozzle.

Looking forward to suggestions you may have.

They’re a little pricey and require a pressure tank to feed whatever you’re spraying.

I've seen some automotive undercoating / Fluid film sprayers that have a hose and an extended tip. Search fluid film sprayers on eBay and you'll see what I mean
