Where to get a barrel Freak bored.

I have a friend who has a beautiful Ironmen edition DM9 with a huge stock UL back bore. Its obviously matched to the marker. He was looking for a matching smaller bore back but stock is seriously low. I also have a very old school chromed steel Dye boomstick for m98 that I'd like to bore out. Any recommendations in the NJ area?
