    ProCarb and ProLite differences

I know the PC and PL differences externally. Also the hammer, bolt and valve are fairly obvious. The parts I have a problem differentiating are the connecting rod, spring and guide pin. I'm pretty sure the connecting rod and spring are longer in the PL than the PC. What about the guide pin? I have a PL that keeps single balling and I'm wondering if the rod or pin are incorrect. I also have a tub of parts to go thru and am not sure where to start.

guide pins are different lengths as well, but no by much.

      Pro carbine
      drive spring, CA-14, 4 3/8 inches long
      guide pin, CA-15, 2 3/32 in. long
      linkage arm, CA-16, 4 3/4 in long

      Pro lite
drive spring, 15-SP, 7 in long
      guide pin, PA-15, 2 13/32 in long
      linkage, PA-16, 4 3/8 in long.
      Are we there yet?

Neither of those linkage arms are the same as the 98 right?

          98 Custom linkage arm is 5 3/8

But the 98 and pro carb do share the same drive spring.

If your linkage rod fits and the gun fires at all, it is the right one. When you say your P-Lite is single-balling, you mean its not recocking? I assume its farting? How is the hammer oring, and does it look like the sear/hammer connection has a lot of wear? Is the frontbolt oring swollen at all?

The front bolt and hammer orings I changed. It is not farting, just not recocking. This is on shp hpa and co2. The sear and hammer ridge are good. I've also tested it with a prolite bottom line grip kit I had lying around. Basically turns it into a PC. Same recock issue. I also tried with a PC bolt. Not sure what else to try.
