My 2 old VForce Profilers have hit the end of their life. Looking for a new mask recommendation. I do wear glasses, Planning to add a fan to help keep the fog under control when needed.

Coming from the Profiler I agree you will probably like the VIO.
I prefer the Proflex for woods / rec play, and the VIO I like for Xball/10man because it’s a lower profile mask.
You kind of have to find one that works for you. Most any of the dual pain lens masks today are great. I like the newer HD lenses they work well in various light conditions and let’s you really see the paint. I got a fade HD lens for my JT Proflex a few weeks ago that’s really nice for the woods.

I, too, came from a Profiler to VIOs. I wear glasses and VIOs are very accommodating to them. Though to be honest, most modern masks are. But the modularity is nice, assuming you get the Contour and not the Ascend. With the Contour, there are 2-3 different sized lowers you can get to match your preference.

My dad wears glasses and wore Profilers for years. When they finally bit the dust he found the best mask for his glasses was the i5. Not as ridiculously small as the i4's and the ratchet strap design is fantastic. I don't really like the lens change system though.

I have an I5 but they are far from durable. Great comfort, awesome lens, if feels great on your face. But the ratchet strap stretches and breaks, ears separate from paint eating the glue that holds them together and the foam doesn’t last long. All replaceable but like with everything Dye is super expensive and it usually takes them 2 months to ship.

Virtues would work. If you decide you don’t like the Virtue goggles JT stuff still works well with glasses. I don’t like the soft ears though- they sandwich your ears & the arms of your glasses together. So a Proshield or Proflex with hard ears would be alright. I run a Proshield almost exclusively and it works great with glasses.

I wear Profilers & have a proflex X. I really like the lens change system on the X and the foam has slots that I think would be good for glasses but I don't wear glasses. Lone Wolf paintball did a extensive video on masks for people with glasses I remember seeing it a while back.

Edit... I have nothing to contribute, to this thread/topic, other than comical and historical pictures. I haven't bought a new mask since 2005-7 ??... 🤔

I will also throw in a vote for Virtue. I don't wear glasses (contacts... you really gotta try some Oasys) but the fit and breathability is better than my Profilers, by far.Feedback
