Thanks, I’ll try that next. Hate to admit defeat to a lowly Pirhana.

Piranhas are one of those markers that just have.... Issues. When they work they are fine but when they don't it can be one of 1000 things causing it and they are present with the same symptoms
Our of curiosity, you said you flipped the valve, was it in backwards?

Along with looking for any blockages, maybe swap the hose altogether? Who knows what’s in it, and if it’s the factory hose it’s 17 years old.
If you pull the hose off the body, maybe look for one of those little co2 filter screens. Not sure if Piranhas had them, but may as well look if you swap the hose.

The air line is a bit of a pain as it’s a fake air through that’s just plastic over the airline. I’ll remove it and throw a remote line with a slide check on so I can quickly blast air through without losing an entire tank. Should make it easy to see if there’s an airline issue. I’m sure glad I bought a scuba tank this year!
The SP1 I’ve torn apart has one of those air screens/filters in it, so I’ll give it a try.
It’s someone else’s gun at the end of the day, so if it’s dead, it’s dead and I can probably just sell them something better, but I like getting things to work.

Final update to close those thread off. I realized the crappy Black Maxx paintball gun I had uses the same hammer as this Piranha. So popped the Maxx and stole the hammer (with good o-ring!) into the other gun, cranked the velocity and success! I didn’t want to chance take the oring off to measure it though.
