So I have this thing for years, if i remember correctly got cheap with a cocker. Wish i would have kept the cocker.

I do remember airing this up when i got it and air coming down the barrel like crazy. So I put it away didn't think about it again.
today going through I wanted to look at it maybe see if I can hunt down some oring kit.

I happen to look down at the bolt and I see an oring pinched between the body and bolt. Take it apart, have to jam something down the barrel to pop the bolt out. The oring still there just really bent out of shape.

So anyone have any idea, tips on how to replace this oring inside the body. Do I just try to put one finger down the feedneck, another down the bolt and a spit roast from both ends to get in?

you can barely see the oring in the first picture. She for sure is used. But seems like she would be fun, very light to play with.

That said, one side is fine. After removing the busted o-ring, the trick is to curl the new o-ring into position. When you hold one side of an o-ring fixed and twist the other, it curls into a kind of saddle shape. Stick one end of the saddle into the groove and then roll the other end to snap it into the gland. It looks like you may have enough access through the feedneck for this one.

Sounds simple... it'll take many dozens of tries to get it down to muscle memory.

Ive found a dowel helps for setting internal o rings. I would just slip one into the bolt chamber from the back of the marker for an o ring stop. That way when you miss the groove you can stop the o ring and keep pushing.
