Someone posted a Spyder Electra DX on CL for free, and I happened to be the first scavenger on the scene. New o-rings, bottomline, and battery and she’s ripping.
the only issue I have is the detent casing is cracked and paint will just roll on down the barrel. It’s the ball bearing type of detent, and it looks like the opening to the breach would be big enough for a rubber nipple detent to just get blown out with the paint instead of being held in place. Since these detents seem to be rarer than hen’s teeth, are there mods for replacing these with something else?
