So I recently acquired 5 tanks in a bulk purchase, and 3 have old school Crossfire Regulators. One has a red base (High Pressure), one has a blue base (Low Pressure), and one has a silver base. I can't find any mention of the output pressure of the silver base option. Is it mid-pressure? High pressure from before the color-coding? I tried doing some searching, and could only find what I already knew about the red and blue colors. I am planning on attempting to rebuild them all before reselling and would like to know what the silver base indicates. I can always just check the pressure next time I'm at the field, but I'm impatient and don't know when my next field visit will be.

Was there a difference in the 3k and 4.5k reg? This reg had a 4500 crossfire label on it. Maybe they just installed the different burst discs and put the 4500 sticker on it when they ran low on a batch of 4500 regs? Since their burst disc ports aren't labeled. I know all the 3k tanks were high output pressure.
