Anyone have a solution for warped e2 grips? Replacement is not an option until it is. I’d like to keep the factory grips looking sweet.

I've fixed warped rubber and plastics from that era, but mostly things like flex bottom's from JT masks. Usually I make a hard dense flat from (for the grips you could even use a stone countertop or flat shop table) and then slowly warm the rubber up with a heat gun. After its up to a more flexible temperature - Then you can keep the rubber pressed against the form until it cools.
Be careful, heat guns can go from just right to burnt quickly.

It's been over a decade since I had my E2, but I think there's enough space on the inside of the grip. If they won't retain their shape after using to heat to reset them, I would think epoxying a metal shim to provide a "spine" on the inside of each panel would do the trick.“It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” -Krishnamurti
