WDP ANGEL LED ON/OFF Mini Reg ReBuildable? Or not?

I have a line on an old WDP ANGEL LED mini reg with the green and red on/off button. Are they rebuildable? I remember reading that they are not, but I don't have an issue fabricating parts or searching for a while.

I just want to know if I am buying a worthless item, or if it's got potential. I really want a stock LED that has the On/Off button just for kicks. Right now I have a silver crack pipe on a newer black minireg and I just don't like it. I want complete old school goodness.

Yes they are rebuildable. I have a diagram somewhere on the computer. I'll see if I can dig it up for you.

027 should be a 006 70d
029 should be a 012 70d

024 is a 70d but not sure of size
025 is a 90d but not sure of size

Here are some pics straight from the owners manual.

I once had a rebuild kit for one but sent it in with two of my LEDs (one with the on/off reg) to East Coast Angel, and nothing I've sent in was ever returned to me even after paying for the services. Never send anything to East Coast Angel.

Just rebuilt an LED.
Here are my size notes and orientation notes. I think some of this has been provided to you already, but the HPR carrier tip hasn't. That is what the piston seals against. Just a 003 70D
