Nickle plated 007 info

Have a Nicole plated signed 007 that I can't find much info on. I only found 3 mentions of it online. 1 came in parts lot and no info. 1 said it was only sent to dealers as a promo. Last just said it was very rare and worth a lot. I have no clue and figured someone here probably knows. Going to go thru it and list it over on BST. Any info would be helpful.

Last time I saw one of these it was being shown in a custom display case. The owner, Jim Lively, said they were given out to a few of the players from the first paintball game - of which he played. Beautiful pieces.
