Hello,
I have a Eclipse Ego 8 that I need to replace the Exhaust Valve in. I ordered a new one (from ANS Gear), and while almost identical, the metal shaft of the new Exhaust valve is longer (about 1/16") than the factory original.
Does anyone know why this might be the case? Was I sent an exhaust valve from a different model or year? (I actually bought 3 as replacements and they are all this longer size so its not a fluke)
I can't imagine this one would be good to use - as the rammer would be hitting it significantly earlier.
I actually have a few ego 8's and all of their exhaust valve's are the same "smaller" size compared to this replacement.
Thank you for any help
