LPR Barb just spinning

I can't seem to get my LPR barb out of my Palmers LPR. It feels super loose, and it just spins. It started to leak so I put a screw driver with socket head on it and it just started to spin. It spins but doesn't come out. I got frustrated and put vice grips on it and pulled back on it while spinning it and it didn't come out. I have plenty of replacement barbs so I don't care if I ruin the barb, I just don't want to damage the reg. thanks!

That unfortunately is a stripped reg body.... They are very thin

What are my options? I can't get the LPR off with the Barb on. Should I just use a dremel to cut it off? Can I buy this as a replacement? https://palmerspursuit.com/products/...nt=22938499463

At this point yeah.... Cut the barb. You might be able to thread the rock for a larger barb.

Might because some early ones used a smaller than 1032 thread

Grab the barb with some pliers and pull while rotating in the counter-clockwise direction. This may allow the barb to "unthread" out of the body of the LPR. Rethreading is a possibility but I would just find a replacement.
