The hole marked with an "X", and the two at the end of the tray look like they were added as an after thought. The bolt/washer/wingnut were holding the bar and tray together, through the "X" marked hole.
The other hole in the bar is threaded, and aligns perfectly with the slot in the tray. It just needs a new bolt.
The shoulder rest (vertical) is 7" long...
