The ACP is a decent pistol ,it's basically a Zeus with different cosmetics. Only issue with them is the Magazines are proprietory to them usually, looks but it looks like the upper one in the pic might be able to accept Zeus magazines which it's definitely a good thing. They will accept Spyder frames but might require a bit of tweaking to make them work correctly.
As for value,I'd say a functional complete one would be $125 at most.... What you have there is worth about $50-75 as is, might get more if you part out that frame separately

I just bought this bad boy for $100 Canadian, with delivery.
Are they good? Honestly it depends what your expectations are. If you have ever used a PT Extreme, Delta .68, Zeus, or any of the other versions (like the ACP), they're all pretty much the same in terms of performance.
The Zeus and Ariakon have the added benefit of a screw-in 12 gram bucket, rather than the god-awful lever-lock system the others use. The only other thing worth mentioning is that the Ariakon ACP has a slide that moves with each shot, which if you're like me, puts it head and shoulders above the others for cool factor.
If you keep them in good working order and change out the o-rings regularly, they can be surprisingly efficient considering that they basically just dump a 12 gram straight into the valve.
Overall, they're a fun gimmick. A little too large to actually use as a secondary unless you dont plan on running anywhere, or you have a chest mount system or something. It flops arouns like a beached whale in the leg mount. You'll probably end up using it as a kamikaze primary when you just want to terrorize people at an indoor field and be 'that guy' at the field.
