I've never seen a cocker with a dual rod pump kit. I'm curious about how they mate up with the pump plate and the back block. Is one rod right hand threaded and the other left? Is one rod threaded like normal and the other held in place with grub screws?

Some are lefty threaded, some attach via grub screw others bolt on from the front. -

Niche had a dual ram front block. One setup to push one to pull. Complicated for no reason.
Or you talking about how dual rod pump kits work. They are bolted in on the end threw the back block. Sometimes bolted on both ends. Sometimes thread into the pump plate and red locked so they don’t move on the back end they are bolted threw the back block so it’s easy to remove and clean. They need to be perfectly aligned or they will bind.
You can use standard threaded rods but it’s a nightmare getting them threaded in and aligned at the same time. Especially with an AT lug.

Same as a single rod. Unless you pump like a gorilla and purposely twist the handle. The idea is two is better than one. I haven’t noticed a difference and my favorite markers to shoot only use one pump arm. I had a T2F and a T2 but my favorite to shoot only happen to have a single rods. S6,J6,J2L ect
I really liked my quad rod T2 it’s what really got me into playing pump. I wasn’t a big fan of the T2F it just didn’t shoot as nice for me that’s why I sold it and grabbed another J2L. But could have just been my particular marker because I have messed with others that felt more like a full block T2 which is what it’s supposed to feel like. Sometimes I wonder if my ICS I got it with just wasn’t finished as nice as others.
