How many frames will an Eblade board fit into?

I know I can fit an Eblade board into most Eblade frames and Ego 5/6 frames with minor mods... anyone ever try another frame not listed?

Before anyone says "... but the clapper solenoid...", I'm going to be using a Styn valve and don't need a clapper noid - that's why I'm looking at substitute frames.

I have three Eblade boards - E1, E2, and SciFi - so am not interested in anything like a Morlock to open my options up.

I think what you really need is this Spyder ESP frame , with a eblade or morlock board crammed inside, installed on your SR !

You are going to modify the Ego frames to accept the boards, the place where the eyes come out, and also modify the triggers. Not to mention the mounting points. I'm doing the same thing with an 06 Star frame and a Styn.

Other than Ego frames you can also use one of the early Dye frames.

Which Dye frames? DM4/5s?

My biggest thing is wanting the buttons and access holes to line up.... I don't want to drill those out. If I have to tweak a couple things inside the frame, I'm ok with that.

Yeah the DM4 frame, but any other frame that isn't Eclipse won't lineup for the buttons without modding your own nav panel.

Ego 06 and Star frames will lineup. Just like the Ego 05 and 05 Star frame you need to grind down the top right mounting location.

Someone was offering a mod service for a bit to mill out a UL for an eblade frame with a really nice metal cover, looked almost factory. Anyone remember who that was?

I also have a Styn valve on the way and have been looking at options but I think I'm gonna go with a morlock and a UL frame.

this is obvious, but the system X xonik frames fit e blade boards as well
