Anyone know what O-rings are needed to rebuild a Centerflag Dynaflow regulator? My on/off finally gave up the ghost and I figure it's probably time to refresh the whole thing.

Centerflag Dynaflow O-ring rebuild list?

Necro-ing this thread because I rebuilt mine a while back and just had a chance to test it earlier today. Other than a bad seal on a new fill nipple I bought, everything seemed to work fine and I retained all my appendages. That said, this is what I used:
3 x 008 Urethane 90 D - On/Off Seals
1 x 012 Urethane 90 D - Piston O-ring
1 x 019 Buna-N 70 D - Body Seal
1 x 017 Buna-N 70 D - Front cap seal
So long as you don't need a new relief seal or valve pin, they're pretty simple to get running again.

Do the relief seal and valve pin have any commonality to the Automag or Air America reg seals and valve pins?

I don't believe so. From what I saw/remember reading the Dynaflow pins are made of milled down Kevlar and seat against the inside of the body itself, so unless you know a bored machinist I'd say it's unlikely. I guess you can always try and see if you can get something to fit. As for the relief seal, it looked like a 1/16 x 3/16 Buna 70D disk, so not impossible to find or replicate, but probably not the easiest either. I'm not 100% on those measurements, though. This Warpig article on the Hyperflow has photos of the thing in various stages of disassembly. As far as I can tell, the Hyperflow and Dynaflow were pretty much identical on the inside.
