I mean wow you just dont see many still sprung up like that.
Worth it? Well if you wany ease of timing (aka top lug hole) and common springs for HPA yeah its worth it. If you just want to run CO2 leave it.Velcor will save us...

If you are going to shoot them, upgrade the internals. It's easier to adjust spring rates than it is to clip coils.

"I it worth it?"is a nebulous question.
If you're "upgrading " what's the goal?
As far as I'm concerned I need to like my trigger and my efficiency. Once I'm there I'm done. Buy some killer paint and go play.
The way here though is tinker with it. There's something better; heavy hammer lighter springs. There is only one way with the rabbit hole...down.

Couple years ago I picked up a 96 in a pile of parts off Facebook for cheap that had almost identical internals to those. I updated the valve spring, the hammer, the hammer spring, and threw a dialer in. Honestly it's one of my best shooting mechs now. Wasn't really that expensive either.

Any idea on the date they where manufactured?
whats the serial?
I have a '92 Sniper II California and since its in really good shape I planned not to mess with the body to keep is as original as possible and just run it on CO2 or HPA eith a palmer female stab on the bottle (to keep the og look).
Let me check I should have spare a threadless adjuster if you want to use standard hammer spring and hammer and use a stainless setscrew screwed from the bottom for the sear lug.💀Team Ragnastock💀

Two are about ‘95 and one is about ‘92. One of the ‘96s is done up California Style. I have a male and female Stabilizer kicking around, the female being from my Hurricane.
I think I might do the same and leave the ‘92 as original. One of the ‘96s has been modified (detent, lug adjustment hole) so it’ll be the better one to update.
