Iβve done one but it always shook itself to pieces. Keep your eyes peeled for a bps reflex kit, they pop up every now and then.

The linkage to the 3/4 way that I converted to a 2/3 way valve to control the piston behind the trigger was the weak point.

Did you swap it to a normal 3 way with one hole plugged? I did that, made aluminum slotted rods with just a threaded hole for a 6-32 screw that went into the pocket of the three way's rod. Stops it from bouncing out of time, and is a lot lighter. Works great. It is trickier to set up with the stock reflex front blocks. Mine are milled for easier access.
The stock 3 way that comes on reflexes were easily my least favorite part of the set up. Those and the delrin tangs were just awful.

yes, just plugged one hole. I used one of the old brass 3 ways with the c-clips to keep the rod in place. I made a slotted piece of aluminum that was attached to the three way rod. I used a delrin block with a dovetail and set screw to attach the 3 way to the sight rail and a bolt threaded into the top of the back block to move the slotted piece of aluminum/3way shaft at the ends of travel. Not a pretty creation but it did work even if only for short periods of time.

Y'all rang? I may have just gotten a dozen or so front blocks back from emachineshop. And the reason I am hesitant to do runs is that they just take a ton of time to do.
That said, I am likely using the 12 blocks that I just did to build more out on gunfighter frames. The prototype is at ano, with that block being the last piece that was needed and it's in the mail.
The biggest questions is just whether or not I will knock out full guns.
