PPS is going to be your only source of Blazer specific parts needed for a complete 1k rebuild, but otherwise it's just orings that any airsmith should have.
1k Blazers are tougher than 2ks to do due to the liberal use of red loctite on certain components but not impossible.

That's what I was afraid of. I have been trying to contact them for over a month. I need the orings and a cup seal. All of my palmer stabilizer orings have turned to goo.

The cupseal is a basic non-12 gram Sheridan cupseal, and you can use a Cocker one instead if necessary. JG Airguns has Sheridan cupseals in stock IIRC.
The seals are all available from an oring supplier with the exception of the reg seat, which is a urethane disc that I've never seen go bad.
If you need sizes I'm sure they're here somewhere.
Blazer specific parts would be bolts, ram bushings, sears, etc. All the "hard parts", which rarely wear out.
