    Phantom Revolution?

Hey guys, recently picked up a Phantom Revo and admittedly I am not well versed with these things. Picked up it on a whim and now I need to make sure I can actually get some use out of this thing. I know I need a tool from CCI to adjust the velocity and I know there are two different pistons one for c02 and another for HPA. Not sure which one I have. I also am not a big fan of the little pump handle thing. Does anyone know if I can run an undercooking kit on this thing?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks dudes!

Did it come with the manual? If it did, it does a better job of explaining things than I’m about to do:

If you don’t have the velocity adjuster tool, you can get it off their website. The original Revolution came with two different power pistons, red and blue. Red for CO2 and blue for HPA. If you’re having problems getting HPA up to speed, you’re supposed to add o-rings to the body of the blue piston. I see on their website there’s a gold “universal” piston. Mine doesn’t have that, maybe yours does?

There was an over the barrel pump handle that was made specifically for the Revolution, but I’m not seeing it on their website? Maybe I overlooked it.

I thought the Rev had external velocity adjustment? You just needed any hex wrench that fit in the holes so you could rotate the adjuster?

You do the gross velocity adjustment by adding or removing orings from the power piston, then fine tune it with the rear wheel. If you don’t have the velocity tool definitely buy it, as it is also used for removing the piston. The finger paddle can be just as smooth as the over barrel pump Adapter, but you have to practice the stroke, as it can drag/bind until you get used to it.

Thanks for the input guys. I just cant seem to get comfortable with it without an under cocking kit, my hands are just too big to utilize the little lever. Looks like I am going to stick with my regular Phantom!
