CCI Phantom Leaking

Is anyone able to give me some insight here? My phantom leaks down the barrel when I pull the pump arm back after 25ish shots. Is this normal? It happens with multiple different brands of 12 grams and I’ve checked the o-rings and all looks well

Yes, it's because there isn't enough air left to hold the valve closed.... 25 shots is about it for a stock phantom

It’s normal for the pressure to drop at the end of a 12ie which would make opening the valve easier. What is your velocity, and what is your max velocity adjusted ? If you can get well higher then 300 fps with a fresh 12 at 70 degrees then you can put in a higher valve spring and mitigate your issue and increase shots per 12ie.
