I just use the old shotgun belt for tubes, if I'm even using them. Mostly just run single shot with my western gun belt with a ball satchel covering my ball satchel.

I do run a drop leg panel for 12ies (and 8s) but I'll be modifying my gun belt to hold those eventually.

I do like those gauntlets that Chuck uses. I may get one or 2 of those for my setup. I like to run as lightweight as possible.

joyride, dump pouch, generic 'shotgun shell' pouch, fanny pack!
got microfibers, grease/oil, allen wrenches, fone, gum, wallet, keys, barrel cover in the fanny pack. squeegee tucked into the outer webbing
also semi-helps to protect the ol family jewels
chopped some of the velcro off the shell pouch for easier opening. i also dont use the elastic inside for holding 12ies, they just chill in there loose.
taped up my tubes so theyre easier to spot when i drop one
