Adjustable Trracer bolt options/Velocity adjustment options

As some of you may have seen, I'm currently building out a stock class Trracer.

I am happy to report that low velocity is not an issue. Yesterday on a sub 10° Celsius day with a leaky 12 gram and a bore matched freak insert, I was hitting 300+ fps.

Unfortunately I cuurently have a non-adjustable bolt. Some of the local fields are pretty strict about velocity, so I need to bring this guy down to sub 280.

How common were adjustable bolts? Currently Bacci doesn't have many. Any aftermarket options to look at/seek out?

Springs. I have a bunch of AC springs but few, if any, nelson springs. Should I bite the bullet and get some CCI?

Obviously I can also drop a larger insert in, run some detent fingers, but I would definitely like to have a little more control than I currently do.

Recommendations from the Trracer/Nelson crowd?

Very common actually... Just the vast majority of tracers out there were rentals so most don't have them.

The less common bolt was the venturi.

You don’t need it. Put the stock springs back in. Someone converted it to HPA and now it’s hot on 12gs.

A story told at least 50 times on this forum with one Nelson or another. Over and over again. There should be a FAQ and this should be a top five question.

Cocker springs are Nelson, AFAIK. Double check the length but they should be ok to use.
