When they came out I feel like a lot of us saw them as a combination of a death throw of WGP, large sacrifices of what made a cocker great to make a more entry level marker, and because they were touted as entry level none of wanted to touch them even if someone showed they were good.

those feelings aside I don’t know if I would ever own one simply because of the built in 3 way. Maybe it isn’t bad but I personally want to time and tune my marker to the shortest pull and I am not sure that you can get there with that design (I could be wrong).

I am not sure if they really filled their purpose back when they came out but they do seem to fit a nice niche now of letting less mechanically inclined people wade into cockers with a little less stress.

There were adjustable timing rods/3-way kits made that allowed you to put a traditional 3-way on a Trilogy. TechT made one, not sure of any others.

For what they are once you change some stuff on them they are pretty light as well, only downside is the factory feedneck, I'm currently building one of the British racing green ones

some of us can rip on them faster than guns with all manner of methods of tuning the trigger. fact of the matter is they came short and fast right out of the box. this one is bone stock, minus the barrel.

Ah, fair. It’s been a long time since I shot one and frankly I don’t actually remember doing it since it’s been at least 15 years lol.

The 1.5 hinges are actually better than a lot of the 2 finger hinges out there. You can get really good leverage on that trigger in that setup. But I just like a slider more.
