          I don't like that. That'll make it look like a Spyder gas-thru.

You could drill all the holes bigger with a step drill wouldnt take to long, whats the top asa look like

I'm gonna guess that the bottom disk seals the bottom of the chamber, the couple i have have set screws in the top plus the bottom, if you have set screws in the bottom to hold the bottom disk just cut the center out and slap it back together

Or maybe mill the middle disks off and drill the holes a tad bigger

Or mill the holes into slots

That's not a bad idea, adding set screws at the bottom. That's how the top is so you can rotate it.

I'm not familiar with these but it looks like you could remove the middle two orings and see if that helps at all before chopping metal.

Uhhh.. just remove all of the middle o rings?

Edit: then if that doesn't work you can drill that top hole out a bit.

I wouldn't over do it as that core holds pressure top to bottom. That stem would make a mean toe buster if it happened to snap off due to being overly compromised.

How about just increasing input pressure to 800-850 on HPA.

Have you tried bumping input pressure up to CO2 pressure ranges?

Removing the two middle orings should help as well.

Yes. It was on a mag. All of my tanks are 800-850 output.

This is often the case when hpa is used with expansion chambers. would recommend removing the expansion chamber from the equation and replacing it with a gas thru grip.

I like the look, and the extra girth feels good in the hand.

What if you went with something like a bike grip.

You could always use a trilogy gas through, has finger grooves although it won't be as big as that one

                    ^ that’s probably a good inexpensive option.

I would try cutting away some of the middle discs and drilling out the hole that feeds up to and through the ASA portion. That should give a direct route from the input to output instead of having to go through each chamber.
