Looking for a bit of advice from the shoebox shocker experts... I've got a shocker sport with the LS board, gun seems to be working well but velocity is sitting at 250 ish with the odd shot getting into the 260s. Fresh battery, pressure close to 200, and the 'fire' pot is in the orange. Interestingly, there was no change in velocity when timing was adjusted from the middle range to max dwell. Reading through the manual it looks like I need to clean the fire solenoid? Any other suggestions?

Simple question but are using the factory All American barrel or a freak system. The original barrel's are much larger in the bore department and would effect the velocity

I would clean and grease the noid spool orings as per the guide since it hasn't been done in a while, just because it's needed.Velcor will save us...

Thanks for the responses. Input pressure is set about as high as I'd want to go, close to 200 psi from the maxflo, so adjusting the dwell was the only other option to try. I'm using a freak barrel with an insert tight enough to prevent rollouts so low velocity due to overboring is not an issue. I think it's time to clean the solenoid valves, the marker is new-to-me and probably hasn't had a good tear-down in awhile, I've lubed the bolt but noticed some old grease in spots when I was adjusting the board settings.
