Why th' heck are there for ports on the things, and what are they four?
Best guess is the top two are optional inputs, so that would make the bottm ones input psi gauge ports?
It'd be nice to have an output gauge on it, though.
There are prolly better/newer regs, but these look good on a Micromag.

All four ports are outputs. There's only one input.

Originally they were designed for Shockers - the manifold utilized the input and one output port, with the other three used for a pressure relief valve, an output gauge, and a macro fitting.

Are you referencing the one on the tank, or the one on the marker? The one I have is for the marker.

I'm specifically referring to the manifold-style MaxFlo, which can be either tank mounted or accept a screw-in bottle.

But....

The vertical MaxFlo used on Impulses shares many of the design features of the manifold MaxFlo, including it's input and output ports.

You'll need to be a tad more specific on what version and generation of MaxFlo you have. Or just post a picture. 🙂

There's a screen inside the two uppers (I assumed inputs), but nothing inside the lowers.

Top ports are inputs, bottom ports are output... internally drilled passages allow output pressure to exit the top where it screws into the marker.

Also... you won't be able to use it on a Micromag, these regs max out at 240psi. Micromags need at least 500psi input to the valve
