    Help needed with LPR

I have this posted the Palmers section and figured might as well try here as well:

“Howdy everyone, New/Old member here looking for some info on the Palmers Micro Rock lpr. I picked up a Autococker couple weeks back and it had no pneumatics except for a Micro Rock (first version?) that is missing the valve body. I see that there’s parts on the Palmers website for the Rocks/Micros and was wondering if the newer valve body #REGMR003 would be a suitable replacement. I could go out and buy another LPR but if I can get the Micro up to par then I can put my money else where. I appreciate y’all’s input.“

I’ve tried contacting PPS but no dice and I’m aware that they aren’t up and running like they use to be. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated🤓

heat up the base, stove, torch, heat-gun, and remove the valve body with a screw and two nuts. pull out the piston and replace with 112 oring. the valve seat should be fine. Use a wire brush to clean off all the threads. reassemble and you are good to go. You should not need a new valve body unless you damaged the one there

I forgot to add, you will need a thread sealant, blue loctite, teflon pipe tape, or as Craig now recommends 5min clear epoxy.

🤘🏽Great video with good information about disassembling and rebuilding the Micro( it’ll be useful) but I’m actually looking for a valve body because the LPR came completely disassembled as well as the entire cocker. Don’t ask, I don’t know why haha but this is how it looks as of now. So yeah, missing the Valve Body.
