Sconi 12g changer seals - What do you use?

I picked up a Sconi changer a while back, and it didn't come with a seal.

I put an older phantom seal in, but when it get cold it shrinks just enough to fall out every time.

I put a NEW phantom seal in, and it's the same story.

Anyone have a Sconi changer and dealt with this at all?

Do you have a dial caliper?
I can send you some 3d printed one to try

I have some TPU to try, but I was hoping to use it tomorrow and I haven't even tried printing the TPU yet.

Shoot ! I have a brand new Sconi unit, untested !!! Damn thing better work, I'll test it tonight and hope it does not have the same issue !

Advised or not, I put a touch of gorilla glue on mine and I'm crossing my fingers.

my sconi does look to have a white urethane looking seal, maybe yours fell out somewhere? Check the box, if its cardboard, maybe it slipped under one of the inner flaps?

Try some nylon or rubber washers?
