    Pinokio problems

Hey guys, got an OG pinokio I've been using for a while. Started having feeding issues switched the batteries and still having the same problem. Displays red light and only feeds a stack before stopping. So I have to clean the internals or do I have a worn out censor on my hands? Probably time for a new hopper tbh

Is this one of the ones with the tab sensor? I know that’s a fail point

I’d give the terminals and everything a good clean first, but I’d reckon that’s the issue

Isn’t it just a micro switch that enters the inner bore of the feedneck. I bet you could replace that fairly easily.

The problem would be more sourcing the part. Unless HK who acquired them still makes parts

If you pull it apart is there any numbers on the side of the switch you can cross reference? I bet you can just replace it with a similar one. It’s just a simple switch that supply’s power to the motor when it’s depressed. It could just be dirty or a loose connection to. But those switches are most likely your issue.

Thanks Chuck. As soon as I figure out my lawn mower situation I'm going to look into it

I had the same issue with my hk sonic. More than likely the flex sensor went. You can test by bridging the pins the sensor connects to

HK/pinokio sources this sensor from a company called flexpoint

Just makin sure you seen this.
My Sonic stopped feeding and I've narrowed it down to the flex sensor. Currently waiting on hk support to reply in the next day or two. While I wait, are there generic flex sensors that will work? I've done some research and only came up with sensors that are too long.
