Ans gear is basically blowing these out some as cheap as $30 for wacky colors. Might buy one to throw in the bag for spare/loaner. If memory serves this system wasn't loved as much as the OG grills or am I miss remembering? Never handled one and I haven't worn anything V-force since I was shooting Spyders back in the day. Mostly a Proflex, E-flex guy how do they compare?

I got one of the blowout ones and used it last week. It’s okay, but I don’t like it as much as the 1.0. It’s echo-y and the ear portions push uncomfortably into your head and the FOV is just okay. For the low price it’s a fine choice, especially for a backup mask, but there’s a reason they’re so cheap.💀 PK x Ragnastock 💀

I never liked the original personally, and these are even more ugly. I will die with JT's on my face, nothing else has come close as far as comfort, field of view, breathability. (I've always been a Proshield fan but now I'm all about the F8's)

I always hated how the Grill 1.0 looked, so I never tried it. I eventually gave in and purchased a Grill 2.0 from ANS to try out because PaintballDNA makes a GoPro mount
but I ended up returning it to ANS because the mask was just so bad. Maybe my head is just too small for it or something, but the Grill 2.0 sat on my nose and put a lot of pressure on it, making it a bit difficult to breathe even just walking around the house. I couldn't imagine using it during actual gameplay. Strange because that is not an issue I've ever had with another mask.
Profilers were so much better than the Grill, hopefully they do a 2.0 eventually. Dye i5 is my go-to now. They were expensive, but they came with a GoPro mount out of the box, so I didn't even have to find a third-party option, which was nice.
