    Orracle leak - need help

Anyone have a diagram of the orracle 3way? I have a leak i cant seem to figure out.

Leaks out the back of the 3 way when trigger is forward. Leak goes away when pulled.

I think it might just be the actuator rings but I'd like to know before buy more orings...

Sounds more like it's poorly timed

I thought that might be it but if i adjust the spool/barrel whatever its called so the leak goes away, it won't cycle at all. Ill look again but its timed to start the backwards motion about halfway through the trigger pull.

Is your LPR working? If it's busted in some way, the full pressure in that part of the gun twists the front block and makes the 3 way unaligned. The usual symptom is the trigger sticks at some point. But I can see it causing a leak as well.

Lpr is fine actually. I should probably rebuild since all of the 3way orings were suuuuper gummy. But it adjusts and definitely gets better/worse with lpr adjustments.

I might just say screw it and buy a full rebuild kit from ACP...

Ram was trashed. It still cycled like this! It has convinced me to do LPR too. It cant be much better

Maybe you posted this on one of the FB groups but I swore I replied to this or a similar issue at some point recently.

I have an 03 oracle and I will say the 3 way always wanted to leak a little if it was the slightest bit out of whack.

When ever I aired up the marker the 3 way would leak until I actually turned the thumb screw adjustment/core out and in a little bit (I always set it all the way in and then timed it that way to not worry about it getting knocked around. It's been a long time but I seem to remember that no matter if I shot it or what that it would keep leaking until that little twist happened. It would also leak a little if any pressure was put on the timing rod.

Assuming you're using the stock swing frame if its leaking out the back it pretty much has to just be the rear ring on either the shaft or the adjustment spool since it should be a 2 ring style (un less my memory is just really off).

Yeah i posted in the orracle group on fb.

Turns out the ram was trashed and replacing bumpers and orings in that helped a lot. Its still a little leaky but its better now.
I think that better orings are needed.

I'm using a 32* slider frame but i dont know that that would make any difference.

A nee issue has since popped up. Every once in a while, the trigger will fail to reset when released. I think this is going to mean frame disassembly and a polish job. I might even skeletonize the trigger plate to help the trigger return spring by reducing a little weight.

Ill see how it works next weekend and decide then if it warrants any more tinkering (it will) lol

ah ok yeah if you're using a slider that changes things a bit for diagnosis. If the ram rebuild helped that kind of makes sense but I would expect you would have a leak bot ways but I guess its possible the o ring was worn/damaged in just a way to not allow the air both directions.

For the trigger sticking see if it's really the trigger or if it's the 3 way. still having some leaks and the trigger binding would make me question if something is bent, scratched, or binding in the 3 way.

                      3way is butter smooth.
also, i have a VERY slight leak out the front of the 3way at rest.
at this point, it shoots like butter, i have an 88ci tank, i think i can make it through at least a couple games before im worried about air.
ill play with it and go ahead and get better orings ordered. stupid FLASC kit i ended up with somehow is probably the culprit.
