    SL-68 II trigger issues

Would post in Tippmann section but in a bit of a hurry to sort this out and hoping this might be seen more. I have two SL-II's that I built up some great new DW barrels for. one shoots freaking great, the other is doing this thing where 80% of the time it shoots fine and 20% you pull the trigger and nothing... or there is a delay and it shoots, or you have to pull it again to get it to fire. assuming this it related to the sear and trigger - the bolt and hammer are cocking - the trigger is just not releasing always. everything looks sharp and identical to the other SL with nothing worn or odd that I can see. any ideas?

Your bolt is not sitting all the way forward change the front oring to something smaller so it seats in the barrel better

thats definitely the issue now that I looked at it again, however its the deadly wind barrel adapter thats to long, preventing the bold from coming forward enough! I had already beveled it to let the bolt further forward than it did out of the box, but on this SL its to long. on my other SL the kit worked fine after beveling. getting out the grinder to knock off a sixteenth. its not much
