Sniper and Phat Rat Questions

Hi folks, I'm putting a shocktech phat rat valve in an empire sniper soon. I'm curious if anyone has experience with the valve when it comes to a good starting point for a sweet spotted reg pressure for a vert asa and/or spring setup for the lower tube when running the phat rat valve with an inception heavy hammer.
