What is this karni actually worth? Also is this a factory anno?

He wants 1250 for it and I’ve still seen others with their full kaner kits appraised at 1300 on the Facebook group, I’m trying to talk this guy down a bit. It has been relisted on eBay three times, but he’ll never see 1250 total unless a fat cat comes by. The pic dosent show it but I think there is a scratch on the tip of the barrel.

For some reason he felt the need to take the board out…not sure wots going on there (it does turn on tho). And lastly, is this a color way from the factory?

There were factory red Karnivores.

The blue parts are likely swapped out. But. Enough of those markers were made that there are likely a few variations.

Roughly $1000 gun. Your milage may vary ."Appraisals" are often executed by those who have never bought, sold, or owned one.

I’ll second Coyote’s appraisal. Trouble is, it’s actually worth whatever someone will pay for it. I think $900 - $1.1k is a common price now-a-days, so the $1250 isn’t OVERLY high, but there should be some wiggle room.

(I think the last Karni on eBay sold for something STUPID like $1800 - unfortunately that makes people think their stuff is priceless)

If it helps, I bought a MINT Karni for $900 CAD from a member with a full Kaner Kit and freshly rebuilt about 2 years ago, and that was a very solid deal for me.

I don’t think that same immaculate deal will happen to me but Thankyou for letting me know! I once saw a pro karni with kaner kit go for 2075 about a year ago on eBay through an intense bidding war and thought I’d never get to own one lol. All of this was a base to which I MIGHT get him to see reason. I’ll make sure he gets his full 1000, maybe I can get just the gun w/o board since sci fi is coming back in stock soon.

Word to the members of this forum, eBay is hit or miss, don’t pay 1600 for an 05 black magic. It’s listed I see it everyday.
