Kingman Hammer II value?

Greetings,

A fellow upstanding MCBer is in search of a Hammer II, so let's not stand him up. However, there is one minor snag in the way (and an ocean and a couple of continents, but no need to nit pick) - neither of us knows the current approximate value of the relic in question.

I don't want to overcharge, nor do I want to simply give it away. So I turn to the trusty ol' hivemend of MCB. Exterior condition as the attached photos, interior condition to be determined when I pull it apart. Also, at the moment I have only ever dry fired it, and that was three years ago.

Oh, and if someone of you could post a distinctly wrong price as the first post, that would be great. If internet has told me anything, it is that a wrong answer in a thread attracts correct answers on a stellar scale.

I picked up a very custom pneumatic assist green Hammer II last year for just under $300 by way of auction on Ebay (MCB member sold it there).

I also have a plain jane one matching yours, sans barrel - a difficult thing to find.

I concur with the $200 - $250 range.

Is it your opinion that the Hammer II is worth that much nowadays, or are you just reluctant on letting yours go? While I would like to get a fair value for it, I don't want to fleece a fellow MCBer.

Can't speak on that as they simply don't show up. Mine didn't even hit the internet it was a local score

I appreciate it, but another member is ahead in line. I am not looking for the highest bidder, but rather a fair price. If he changes his mind though, I'll get in touch.

I concur, if anyone else has one they would be willing to sell, I'd certainly be a buyer in the $250 - $300 range.
