So I know there was a lot of differences and versions of these and I'm still learning so,

What was the relationship between Sheridan and piranha? I've always been a little confused in this since I've seen these and ones line these referred to as both Sheridan and piranha.

What's with the pump handle on this? Shaq sized?

Has a detent, was that factory?

Is there anywhere I can get the factory hard line for these?

What's with this hole towards the back?

Also, in full working order, value?

Detent is from Palmers Pursuit Shop.

That pump handle might be 2 screwed together, if you wanted a shorter version.

as for the hole in the back, i've seen some bolts have stainless ball bearings in them that line up with the hole in the body. If you slide the handle forward do you see any holes in the bolt there? I noticed all the pictures you posted show the bolt retracted.

Awesome thanks Seth. Yes the pump handle is 2 screwed together. I realized that as soon as I started tearing into it. Figured out the holes are for the bolt lock as well. This thing is pretty cool, even has velocity adjustment.

Sheridan = Manufacturer who made them (also OEM for PMI) and Piranha (long barrel) = Model and is not to be confused and often is (especially by me) with the later PMI Piranha that is semi-auto. The bolt you should have is the Speed Demon bolt that came stock with the Long Barrel and was a blatant knock off of anodized Red Cooper T aftermarket bolts. The Speed Demon bolts were breach locking bolts and some players did not like them and removed the locking ball bearings. I personally liked them and kept my original with my Long Barrel. The original transfer tubes were soldered and subject to breaking with hard use. A lot of people would take one off the AT version that was milled from bar stock and replace the soldered version. I personally never had a problem with my soldered transfer tube and prefer the look to the AT's.
