HI folks,
I used to be on this forum pre-hack, but had stopped coming around a while before everything went down. I was able to make a new account with my same user name for those who may remember me (probably not).
Not surprisingly, I have not played a game of paintball in the last several years, and I am finally coming to terms with the fact that continuing to hold on to my KP2 is probably not the most practical idea in the world. As a result, I will likely be posting it on here and ebay in the next week or so and I am wondering about pricing. I know prices are probably not what they used to be when I got it (2011-2013), but It would be nice to recoup at least some of that I spent back then. The money to buy this actually came from selling an aka Viking I found at a local pawn shop, so its all gravy. Details below.
-I originally purchased a full length kp2 that had been modified with a spring feed and the brass block on top of the barrel as pictured (No idea what that was for. Probably a sight of some kind?). After receiving it I had the stock cut down and invested in a longer pump handle, delrin bolt, and feed plug (all used of-course). The pump arm is custom made by me to get the shortest possible throwing distance. I put a 12g through it just now and it holds air and cycles just fine. I plan on tearing it down (except for the valve) and giving it one last cleaning before letting it go.
-The gun was my main shooter for 2-3 years and was not babied in any sense of the word. That being said, I consider it to be in pretty good cosmetic condition. It has been stored in a padded case indoors for the last 7 or so years.
-I will also be selling the following with it as I will have no further use for this stuff once the marker is gone:
valve tool
spec ops barrel bag (nice and wide to fit around the barrel and end of the pump handle)
extra valve body with a custom pin assembly made by a machinist friend of mine at the time (cant remember if it held air or not)
14 face seals. IIRC, these were newly manufactured 2012-2015.
Thanks in advance!
